Jenny demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, always greeting me with a smile and promptly addressing any inquiries or requests I had. Furthermore, I would like to highlight the exceptional privacy standards maintained by your hotel. I greatly appreciated the high level of privacy and security provided, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction during my stay. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your hotel, I would like to bring to your attention a minor issue regarding the inconsistency of water pressure in the shower. There were instances where the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold, which could be improved to ensure a more comfortable showering experience. I believe that addressing this issue will further enhance the already outstanding facilities and services provided by your establishment. Comfy and relaxing stay 

I was traveling with my family. We stayed at the sands Khao Lak for 3 nights in a pool access room. My girls loved the slide pool, the weather was so nice and the buffet breakfast was good enough. Overall we loved our stay at the Sands Khao Lak
